Application Instructions

Dear Applicants,

Thank you for taking the time to apply for a potential board/commission or job appointment. Please read the following before beginning the application:

  1. Please plan to spend at least 20 minutes on the application and to complete the application in one sitting as the webpage will time out.
  2. The application will ask you to attach a copy of your resume. Please make sure you have an updated copy of your resume ready before beginning the application.
  3. You must complete the application on a desktop or laptop. The application software does not work on tablets or smartphones. If you do not have access to a desktop or laptop, please email us at for a paper application.
  4. Our application package consists of 3 different forms: the general application, biographical, and exemption disclosure form (how to fill out the exemption disclosure form). Please complete all 3 forms by clicking NEXT at the bottom of the page. You must complete all 3 forms for consideration.
